The Mission of UFO is to provide a professional cat registry for cat fanciers, breeders and exhibitors who desire to have fun while pursuing their hobby of breeding and showing their pedigree cats, and also to provide a place for non-pedigreed cats to be registered and shown.
Statement of Enactment
The UFO founding members enacted the organizational structure, the genetic registry, the Constitution, and the by-laws in 1994. The founders intended that the organizational and scoring structure, the genetic registry and the Constitution be permanent.
